Read if you care about your health

Recently, my mom got sick with issues with her liver. She was on so many medications that were processed in the liver that I had to bring this fact up to her doctors before her regiment was changed to meds that bypassed the liver.

Secondly, 25% of all medications come from ingredients from plants. So, I began months ago to investigate antioxidants like the pomegranite. Stress has the tendencies to cause an increase in the amount of free radicals in our body and I had a gut feeling from my biology education that there were natural ways to solve health issues.

I discovered through a few friends about Mona Vie, which means "Tree of Life". Many that know me can attest to the fact that I believe in the power of trees. :)

Nonetheless, the Acai Berry is the most amazing antioxidant and phytonutrient on the planet It has high levels of protein as well.

I highly recommend this product and thank you to Adree DeSanti and my friend Affey for making me aware of this. In two days, you can feel a huge difference. This product is a blend of 19 essential fruits that many of us neglect, especially if we are in the party lifestyle.

Quote by Zane Gray

"Recipe for greatness — To bear up under loss, to fight the bitterness of defeat and the weakness of grief, to be victor over anger, to smile when tears are close, to resist evil men and base instincts, to hate hate and to love love, to go on when it would seem good to die, to seek ever after the glory and the dream, to look up with unquenchable faith in something evermore about to be, that is what any man can do, and so be great."

Modern Day Miracle [Tuesday, November 27, 2007]

Tuesday, November 27, 2007

1. Modern Day Miracle

"I [God] will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye."1

According to an article in The Recorder, "A 19-year-old girl by the name of Khun Paot, escaped the Khmer Rouge rule in Cambodia after an arduous journey with 100 others through miles of jungle, canals, mountains, and rivers. Standing between them and freedom were communist soldiers, the elements, and a stretch of jungle ground covered with thorns. Most of the escapees were barefoot or wore flimsy thongs.

"A midnight-like darkness hampered the struggling group as it crossed a valley between two high mountain ranges. 'We could see absolutely nothing,' Paot later told a missionary, Maxine Stewart. 'We didn't even know where to step.' Suddenly hundreds of fireflies swarmed into view. Their glow made enough light for the people to see the path. The refugees reached the next mountain by firefly light, said Mrs. Stewart.

"After Paot was transferred to Kham Put refugee camp, she was invited to a Christian meeting. 'I know that old man,' she exclaimed at a picture on the wall of the chapel. 'He is the one who led us and showed us the way to Thailand and freedom.' She was pointing to a picture of Jesus."2

Ever since my youth, every morning I have committed and trusted my life and way to God, trusting him to guide me all through my life knowing that he could make a much better job of my life than I ever could. Now, as I look back over the years, I can genuinely say in the words of the hymn writer, "Jesus led me all the way."

God will do the same for you, too, should you genuinely commit and trust your life to him every day for the rest of your life.

Suggested prayer: "Dear God, thank you that when I commit and trust my life to you, you will teach me in the way that I should go and will guide me with your eye. And that's what I do today. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Gratefully in Jesus' name, amen."

To Find What Is Yours

Zaihada
To Find What Is Yours
© by Jeane R. Pothier

I greet you this day dear one! I AM Zaihada of Sirius and it is a pleasure and delight to be here with you at this time and all times. I do not so much need to experience time for myself, yet it is always interesting to come to sit with those who read this and be in the energy where they are in that moment.

There is great confusion around you now. You have come to a bit of a crossroads of sorts and are standing there, scratching your head, looking first up one road and then down another. What choice should you make in this moment? What is the right choice? What is the choice that you make is the wrong choice for you and it hurts you, brings you something that you’d rather not experience, or it hurts another person?

Dear one, first of all, remember that there are no wrong choices. Feel this, own this, take this into your spiritual library and make it part of your life. There are no wrong choices for the divine human. There are only different experiences!

So what are you making a choice about? Are you worried that you are trying to make a decision based upon an energy that is not yours at all? That you might be telepathically or empathically picking up the confusion of another and trying to live their life? For these things are all possible with these times. There are very many other beings now somewhat broadcasting their energies through the ethers and the divine human quite easily picks these up as their own.

So how do you discern what is truly yours and let go of everything that is not? This is a grand question, is it not? And the answer, quite simple actually, is so rarely utilized and yet, is always available to you!

To discern and discover and recognize what is truly your own energy and what is being brought into your energetic field by another, is found through two specific experiences. First of all, when you stop whatever you’re doing and experiencing in that moment and simply breathe deeply for a moment, you are bringing your awarenesses and focus back to you, back to your own body. You are bringing that spiritual, intuitive being that you are back into your own body and feeling your own energies.

This being in touch once more with your own body brings you back to your own awareness. It helps you to feel what is yours in that moment. It helps you to be aware of your experience in that moment and from this home base, so to speak, you can then begin to ask your own intuitive self what you would like to know. The answers that you receive when you are fully present in your own body, are more likely to be based upon what is occurring in your life, brought to you by your own guides and knowing, than if you were trying to figure things out while being outside of yourself.

The next manner of connecting with yourself to truly discern what is your energy and what is not, is via the time out, the meditation of sorts. You need not know how to meditate nor even to try to meditate. It is in the process of quieting yourself, of taking yourself off for a time, a walk in the park or sitting quietly in a room with the door closed. It is these times that you provide the setting and the opportunity for your own soul self and guides to come to you and bring you knowing, perceiving and potentials for what you are struggling with at any time.

To receive answers and direction, it is most important that you provide the opportunity for your self to communicate with you! Many times there are so many energies swirling around you that the small, knowing voice of your own self is lost in the crowd. And when you give yourself the opportunity to be hear in the quiet of your own surroundings, then you will know that which is your own voice and that which does not belong to you.

I AM Zaihada and I bring you much love and compassion and many blessings from those who work so closely with you on the other side of the veil. You are supported by all of Creation and greatly honored and revered for all that you have chosen in your life. Trust yourself in your choices and let go of that which does not serve the divine human master that you are!

And in closing I say to you, remember to Breathe for you!

Daily Encounter ... Political Correctness Oxymoron [Monday, November 26, 2007]

1. Political Correctness Oxymoron

"But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses" (emphasis mine).1

If there were ever a day when people and churches need to take a stand for moral living it is today. If abortionists and homosexuals have their way it may, in the not too distant future, be a crime for anyone, including the church, to quote the Bible regarding these issues and argue for God's position. Just writing on this topic is bound to get me criticized—it pretty much always does.

According to Chuck Colson: "Particularly some younger evangelicals are suggesting that we stay away from divisive issues like abortion and homosexuality altogether and just go back and be like the first-century Church—stay out of politics, tend to our spiritual knitting.

"I wonder what early Church they are talking about. Take just the issue of abortion. The early Church was outspokenly pro-life right from the beginning just as the Jews had been. In the second chapter of the Didache, one of the first discipleship books for young Christians written in the first century, was this stern injunction: 'Thou shall not murder a child by abortion nor kill them when born.' Justin Martyr wrote about this in his first apology. And in the second century, Athenagoras wrote a plea to Emperor Marcus Aurelius: 'We say that women that use drugs to bring abortion commit murder and will have to give an account to God for the abortion.'"2

Churches and Christians who refuse or fail to take a stand for that which is morally right according to God's Word are not like the early Christians. They are being controlled by political correctness which, in reality (much of it) is political incorrectness and will, if we continue to allow it, eventually weaken and make the church ineffective as it has become in much of Europe. While Jesus always loved sinners, he never approved of sinful behaviors in any form—nor was he ever concerned about being politically correct.

Had he been, we would not have a Savior or the gift of salvation and God's forgiveness. We would be eternally lost.

Today, Christian churches and we who call ourselves Christians need to stand up and be counted; that is, as the Apostle Paul commissioned Timothy: Flee all sinful immoral behavior ... Follow after righteousness ... and Fight the good fight for truth and that which is morally correct rather than that which is politically correct.

Suggested prayer: "Dear God please give me a love for your Word and a clear understanding of it so I will know in my heart and mind that which is morally correct according to your standards. And give me the courage to make a stand always for that which is right in your sight; to flee all sinful behaviors; to follow after righteousness; and to fight your good fight. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Gratefully in Jesus' name, amen."

April Fools?

A friend emailed me this flyer today and asked me if I was playing techno at a party in April. First, this was many moons ago and although a great lineup (Tim Kasper and Machwhat are members of the F.A.M. and I have not had a chance to perform alongside them yet). For a second a few friends wondered if this was my April Fools joke. Sorry to burst your bubble but it was an event that was planned where I was a "no show" because I was having much difficulties in my life at the time and the cycloops, air fx and apple mac to be utilized in the show had been forced from my possession. Thanks to the friends who helped me remember a nice party that was planned recently. I am sorry that personal strife forced me to not appear in the many shows planned. I apologize to my fans.

There is a few surprises planned before the end of the year and recently, my label partner, myself and my new management were discussing my return to doing live shows again. The new show incorporated a new versatile KORG and much new gear and is tenatively planned for New Year's Eve for my closest friends in a wicked new space.

Matthew 13:31-33, 36-46

Matthew 13:31-33, 36-46

31) Another parable he put before them, saying, "The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed which a man took and sowed in his field; 32) it is the smallest of all seeds, but when it has grown it is the greatest of shrubs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and make nests in its branches." 33) He told them another parable. "The kingdom of heaven is like leaven which a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened." 36) Then he left the crowds and went into the house. And his disciples came to him, saying, "Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field." 37) He answered, "He who sows the good seed is the Son of man; 38) the field is the world, and the good seed means the sons of the kingdom; the weeds are the sons of the evil one, 39) and the enemy who sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the close of the age, and the reapers are angels. 40) Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the close of the age. 41) The Son of man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all evildoers, 42) and throw them into the furnace of fire; there men will weep and gnash their teeth. 43) Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear. 44) The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up; then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. 45) Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls, 46) who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it."

// I Really love The Word.  At times, I understand that my parents might be confused why I do not gravitate towards the Gita, although I love reading all spiritual texts as often as I can.  I just really relate to and enjoy the "parables".  To wear a cross is one thing, yet to let Christ in and live each day like you are a manifestation of His energy is a task that requires much attention paid to listening to your inner voice or soul and ignoring the facets of the mind that daily test you to bring you off the path.

This project has taught me so much about myself and keeping my eyes open to the light and "blinded" to the sins that are abundant around you.  I realize more and more each day that I am simply just an "artist".  Life has led me along the path of a "struggling" one, yet I feel blessed by God with my struggle because it is what has helped me be intensely creative.

I have never been an actor or a writer and I so understand more about those art forms.  It takes a very aware and strong mind to remain you, yet easily be able to jump into character.  The weird thing about religions is that most ask you to "Let God In" and "Be God ourselves through our words, our deeds and actions".  I have made many mistakes and in haste made decisions that were generally devastating to me and my health.  There is no wealth without health, I have learned the hard way and there are addictions that manifest in many ways.

Some may be addicted to the limelight, the game of the music business, perhaps dealing or chemicals themselves.  Nicotine and Caffeine have a hold on more of my peers than most anything else.  Some people are addicted to relationships that are wrong or abusive in some ways.  Either way, each day, I tried to read scripture or listen to the "new jack gospel" to realign and focus.

I know for the "dream" to manifest, it may take my whole life, however, I am prepared for that.  I feel so grateful to those that I named Creatorz, The Word of God and especially music by artists like: Kirk Franklin, Nas aka God's Son, KanYe West, Common and/or Jay-Z aka Da God MC.  I don't have to know them personally to allow God's voice to speak through them to me.  That might be too deep for some of you to understand, but it seems that certain songs (and lately those with a religios bent) come on at the most appropriate times...

With an IPOD on shuffle, you have no idea how many times my mind drifted to the Illuminati article I just read when Jay-Z's "D'evils" came on, or those times I was sad I was walking when I was once ballin' (yes, mostly with my credit line rather than the bottom line -- MISTAKE!) and KanYe's "Jesus Walks" comes on.

I am also a Mama's Boy and with my mom really sick this year and struggling each day, I cannot help but wonder what KanYe is going through at this time.  My prayers are with him and his family.  I sincerely hope that those who call him their "brother" or those close to him provide him with the support system that allows him to stay on his wonderful path.  When the mind is upset, it is very easy to not let God in.  One wonders how God could do such a thing, but rather, one must realize in all situations (and yes, I am writing this much for my own family) that our "atma" or "soul" never dies.  We are not our flesh and bones or even what we rock in diamond stones.  We are what is buried often deep inside.

Listening to right now:
Harddrive "Deep Inside"
// Such a wonderful house track

Lastly, to my fans, I am sorry for having such an existential crisis and difficulty with falling.  Sometimes it is easier to just fall and get back up, rather than expend all your energy to fight falling.  I am sorry for drifting away from Roland 909's and Ableton Live, giving away all my records and studio gear (or losing it) and being so emotionally distraught that I need The Temple of Hip Hop and poetry to heal.  In time, I plan to be back DJing House, Techno and Hip Hop with Serato, doing live shows with Ableton Live, releasing my very scattered out and somewhat large catalog fully mastered and to set up the non-profit aimed to be somewhat of a "collaborative member exchange" with a 24 CD release that contains the music that has helped me heal.

I have shared much of what I felt day to day based on my perception of the severity of the issues I faced.  At times, many wondered how I could underestimate such trouble to exaggerate so much the positive.  I realize now that these mental states are how I perceived to be progressing.  I wonder years from now how close to the target this project and meme has reached.  When finished with all the site's creators, the new .org presence, the tracklisting for the 24 CD set of the music that helped me heal, the actual mission and organization and the virtually done portfolio of clothing designs, artwork, music and media, I will be officially incorporating a 4013.c (I hope I got all those numbers correct from memory -- it might just be 401c) and presenting the idea to Shawn Carter hopefully as in Hard Knock Life 2, his stream of consciousness had spit "Jus' Bring Me Tha Werd"... Naturally, the R-O-C might have no interest in my multi-faceted plan to unite all the spiritual faiths with a firmly established mission to treat "Music as a Religion"

It is hard to know what the future will hold as I have been wrong in the past with aspects of this and the goal was set so high, with me being an Underground artist, yet I hope that my track record of always benefiting any place I worked without worrying about my own compensation (although a fault of my character for being too generous with my time and skills) will carry over to all those asked to take part in a special project that for me, seems only attributed to divine intervention.

It has been two years where I feel like I have had to grow up more in that time than the 31 years prior.  I thank God for being alongside me during my difficult times and inspiring me with ideas that I can see will potentially revolutionize how we view and value art and most likely spread a message of "love" in a time when the military complex riddles the global public with "fear"

The Conversations with God books taught me that there are two forces in the world, called Love and Fear and most decisions can be traced down to these two.  "Hate" can be related to "Fear"

Love thyself and Thy Neighbor
Fear? Ask why the Hell for?

Peace and God Bless

Daily Encounter ... Are You Jesus? ... or Shejus?

1. Are You Jesus?

"And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."1

I read how, "A few years ago a group of salesmen went to a regional sales convention in Chicago. They had assured their wives that they would be home in plenty of time for Friday night's dinner. In their rush, with tickets and briefcases, one of these salesmen inadvertently kicked over a table which held a display of apples. Apples flew everywhere. Without stopping or looking back, they all managed to reach the plane in time for their nearly missed boarding.

"All but one.... He paused, took a deep breath, and experienced a twinge of compassion for the girl whose apple stand had been overturned.

"He told his buddies to go on without him, told one of them to call his wife when they arrived at their home destination and explain his taking a later flight. Then he returned to the terminal where the apples were all over the terminal floor.

"He was glad he did.

"The 16-year-old girl was totally blind! She was softly crying, and helplessly groping for her spilled produce as the crowd swirled about her, no one stopping and no one to care for her plight.

"The salesman knelt on the floor with her, gathered up the apples, put them back on the table and helped organize her display. As he did this he noticed that many of them had become battered and bruised; these he set aside in another basket.

"When he had finished, he pulled out his wallet and said to the girl, "Here, please take this $40 for the damage we did. Are you okay?" She nodded through her tears. He continued on with, "I hope we didn't spoil your day too badly."

"As the salesman started to walk away, the bewildered blind girl called out to him, 'Mister....' He paused and turned to look back into those blind eyes. She continued, 'Are you Jesus?'

"He stopped in mid-stride, and he wondered. Then slowly he made his way to catch the later flight with that question burning in his soul: 'Are you Jesus?'"2

Suggested prayer: "Dear God, I am available, please use me to be 'as Jesus' in some way today to every life I touch, and grant that they, seeing Jesus in me, will want you for themselves. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Gratefully in Jesus' name, amen."

TONIGHT :: Plexus and John Patterson @ Wake Up!

This Post is for those that adhere to the above paradigm.
Techno is alright. It had a place in my personal evolution.
"Eye" recommend Kate Simko, Any Minus artist and John Patterson to take care of any curiosity you may have for the night. There is a Detroit in techno though and if in Holland, 25 years of experience lets Steve Rachmad be considered "a Detroit soul born Dutch"... For Detroit's history, start with Derrick May, Juan Atkins and Kevin Saunderson and go to Submerge.

Plexus - M_nus [New York]

Mike Schroff (aka plexus) is a respected fixture in the underground community of minimal techno and house in New York City. His distinctive brand of Cologne and dub inflected minimalism has made him an in-demand DJ on a national and international level, with notable gigs throughout New York City, Detroit, Germany, and the Dominican Republic.

Upon moving to New York City in 1996, plexus helped shape the sound of intelligent minimal dance music on the East Coast as a veteran of two of NYC's most esteemed record shops, Temple Records and Satellite Records.

Plexus combines superb skills with a deeper understanding of the music. His distinctive mix of minimal house and techno has graced opening sets for Teknotika label boss/producer Gary Martin at the Detroit Electronic Music Festival (2001), Jeff Mills at Arc (2003), Air Liquide and Coldcut at the Electro Bunker Cologne event (1999), and Richie Hawtin (2002); opening and closing sets for Swayzak at Arc (2003); sets at the Micromini and penetr8.net parties (2003-2004), a weekly residency at Dark Wave BBQ/Cash Checking with Heartthrob (2005) and a coveted opening slot for Pantytec (2006).

In December 2004, Mike and Troy Pierce released Slacknoise vs. Plexus, Ana Tak EP on Minus. The release, which made the Top 50 in Groove Magazine ( www.groove.de), was described as "Hauntingly moody from measure one, this edgy yet climatic groove will still keep floors jumpin' at 5AM" by Praxis in xlr8r Magazine.

John Patterson - Koncept [Chicago]

John Patterson began his foray into spinning records in 1996 while a student at the University of Illinois, DJing at several bars and small parties in college. A long time fan of 80s synth-pop and hip-hop, John quickly developed an ear and appreciation for different forms of electronic music. Although he did not have a strong understanding of electronic music at this point, John quickly discovered that he had found his passion.

As he began his true ascension into DJing, John continued to hone his skills and gravitate largely towards only spinning techno. In the years 2000, John accepted an offer to become a resident DJ for Koncept, a Chicago-based promotions company that exclusively features techno music. This alliance afforded John greater opportunities to share his passion with techno fans and to perform at well-known Chicago clubs as well as the opportunity to open for local and international talents such as Dave Angel, Joey Beltram, Adam Beyer, Cajmere, Marco Carola, Deetron, Thomas Fehlmann, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Loco Dice, Derrick May, DJ Rush, John Selway and Luke Slater.

These days John continues to refine and define his sound spinning independently for Koncept and on select occasions for Chicago-based Meiotic, Pure Promotions and the NBFC. John has also played during festivals in Mexico, Miami and Detroit. His sound clearly reflects the broad spectrum of music to which he was exposed as he refined his Djing skills, and the bleeding edge of the larger, global techno movement.

In the future, John plans to keep his sound progressing, adapting and changing in order to continue to push the boundaries and frontiers of techno music. Both through Djing and production, John is an integral part of the resurgence of techno in Chicago.

Kate Simko – Spectral Sound, Kupei, Traum [Chicago]

Expanding from classical training into experiments in electronic music, Kate Simko has worked diligently for years to find her own uncompromising sound. With roots in Chicago house and Detroit techno, her tracks maintain a warm, soulful character while embracing deep, elaborate structures.

A versatile DJ, Kate was named one of the Top 10 DJ's in Chicago by XLR8R magazine. With releases on Traum Schallplatten, Antenna International and Kupei Musika, Kate has upcoming projects on Kupei (split 12" with Jonas Bering), Spectral Sound and Chocolate Industries.

Sassmouth – NBFC [Chicago]

Wake Up! resident Sassmouth was inspired to DJ in 2002. Her youth, filled with classical training on the viola and live performances as a member of string quartets and punk bands in her home region of the Eastern Washington wasteland, Spokane, prepared her musically for her new role as DJ. She has been fueling bars, lounges, house parties, and morning gatherings in Chicago with her mix of techno, house and electro ever since.

For the 117th Creator Company, "Eye" am profiling MonaVie, a company whose mission is very positive and includes a lot of philanthropy through M.O.R.E. "Eye" became interested in alternative medicines as my mother is very ill and with a battery of tests and prescriptive medicines, she was not getting better. With all the procedures, she was lacking the energy required to function. Our family then took the advice of someone close and we bought a juicer, as well as began exploring products like this. "Eye" highly encourage checking out the product itself, and those looking for work that they can do from home or anywhere with an internet connection, "Eye" highly recommend becoming an independent distributor.

my heart goes out to KanYe

From MTV.com
Donda West, the mother of Kanye West and former chairwoman of Chicago State University's English department, passed away Saturday from undisclosed causes, according to a spokesman for the family. She was 58.According to multiple sources, West was in Los Angeles and her death may have been the result of complications from a surgical procedure; more specific information was unavailable at press time.Although widely known as the mother of Kanye, Ms. West was a noted scholar and an active college professor for 31 years; she left the profession in 2004 to assist with Kanye's career, according to her biography on the Web site of the Kanye West Foundation, an educational nonprofit of which she was chairwoman. She was also chief executive of West Brands, the parent company of her son's businesses. She began her teaching career in the early 1970s at Brown College in Atlanta and began working at Chicago State University in 1980, according to the site. Dr. West raised Kanye in the Chicago area along with her husband, from whom she separated when Kanye was 3.She also recently became a published author with a tome dedicated to her son titled "Raising Kanye: Life Lessons from the Mother of a Hip-Hop Star." The book and subsequent interviews have left little question about the source of Kanye's his outspoken nature. The importance and influence Ms. West had in her son's life is profound. When Kanye appeared on MTV News' "You Hear It First" in 2003, one of the first rhymes he's kicked for us was about his mother, dropping to his knees during the performance to get his point across. Those rhymes later turned up in a full-blown dedication to her, Late Registration's "Hey Mama.""Hey Mama, I wanna scream so loud for you/ 'Cause I'm so proud of you/ Let me tell you what I'm about to do ... I appreciate what you allowed for me, I just want you to be proud of me."Kanye has dropped references to his mom on all of his albums.Kanye's love for his mom was undoubtedly reciprocated tenfold, not only did Ms. West act as in part as a co-manager, she was also his biggest cheerleader, appearing at many events throughout his career. At the Video Music Awards in September, Ms. West was in Kanye's suite at the Palms hotel, joining in the party and wearing the white shades celebrating his show. She also attended his 30th birthday party in New York last summer and his appearance on the "Oprah Winfrey Show."A spokesman for Kanye West released this brief statement when contacted by MTV News."The family respectfully asks for privacy during this time of grief."
